- Unique Device Identifier (Device ID): A pseudo-anonymous hardware or vendor identifier generated by your operating system.
- Device Specifications: Operating system version, device model, hardware architecture, and screen resolution.

Purpose of Device ID Collection: We use your Device ID to authenticate your access, allocate and track generation credits, verify active in-app subscription entitlements across sessions without requiring a forced social login, prevent fraudulent behavior or abuse of free trials, and deliver software updates.
B. User-Provided Content & Voice Audio
When you interact with the audio synthesis and voice cloning features of the Service, we process:
- Text Input: The scripts, prompts, or text you type or submit for text-to-speech conversion.
- Voice Recordings & Audio Uploads: Audio files recorded via your microphone or uploaded from your file storage for the purpose of voice cloning or custom voice synthesis.
C. Purchase & Transaction Data
When you purchase a subscription or credits package, all financial transactions are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your credit card numbers or billing details. We receive anonymized purchase receipt tokens (via RevenueCat) to unlock your Pro features and credit balances.
3. Voice Cloning & Third-Party AI Model Processing
Fish App provides state-of-the-art voice cloning and high-fidelity text-to-speech capabilities powered by specialized artificial intelligence architectures.
Third-Party AI Processing & Explicit User Consent
If you choose to use the Voice Cloning or Voice Synthesis features, your voice recording, uploaded audio file, or text script will be transmitted securely to third-party AI model providers and cloud inference servers (such as specialized neural speech synthesis models and computing infrastructure) for audio feature extraction, acoustic training, and speech generation.
Your Discretion & Choice:
- Affirmative Choice: You have full discretion to decide whether or not to use the Voice Cloning feature and whether to submit your voice recording to third-party AI models.
- No Forced Processing: Voice recordings are only uploaded and processed when you explicitly initiate the voice cloning or synthesis action in the application.
- Warranties of Rights: By submitting any audio recording for voice cloning, you confirm and warrant that you own the voice sample, or have obtained explicit legal consent from the speaker to record and clone their voice.
- Zero Resale of Voice Data: We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your voice recordings or biometric audio features to data brokers or third-party advertisers.
Data Retention & Audio Deletion
Audio samples uploaded for voice cloning are retained on secure servers solely for the duration required to generate and maintain your custom voice model within your account. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your custom voice models, uploaded recordings, and associated metadata at any time by contacting us at asadghauri09@gmail.com.
4. How We Use Collected Information
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
- To synthesize requested audio and generate custom cloned voice profiles.
- To verify subscription status, restore purchases, and manage credit allocations.
